Spry Goodness :: Nested JSON Datasets

In the first article, we spoke about to create a dataset with Spry 1.5 and a JSON data source (in our case, ColdFusion). The real power of Spry 1.5 is not just in its JSON datasets, but the ability to use NESTED datasets of both JSON data and XML data.

Apollo Apps on the iPhone

Let's start with a few assumptions:
  • Apollo is a cross-platform runtime
  • The iPhone will run OS X (albeit a locked down version)
  • The version of OS X on the iPhone will be the most advanced OS on a mobile device to date.
Given that, is it a stretch to say that we will have Apollo apps on the iPhone?

Spry 1.5 Is The New Hotness

  • NESTED Datasets!
  • JSON Datasets
  • Session Handling for CF (and PHP)
  • ....and my personal favourite..... A FULL ON API!!!!!
